Go Fast Manufacturing - UpSTAK Pallet Board Stacker
The Go Fast UpSTAK can stack at speeds of up to 15 layers of boards per minute with board lengths of 30” to 72”, widths of 1 ½" to 6", and thicknesses of 3/8” to 2”. The touch-screen HMI gives operators the ability to fine-tune these machines per the material being stacked. Tool-less adjustments allow board size changeovers to be completed within minutes. These units can be equipped with several options including automatic stick placers, powered outfeed roll cases, and short board sensors. The UpSTAK can also be equipped with an unscrambler. We offer two versions of UpSTAK unscramblers, the standard high-speed unscrambler which can build up a whole row of boards in advance, or a low-profile version of the unscrambler, which helps reduce the floor space requirements.
