Cuphead DLC - Esther Winchester (Expert / No Damage / S-Rank)

I'm pretty bad at plane levels but fortunately this wasn't at the difficulty of the alternate genie final phase. I expected those peppers in the last phase to be more difficult to dodge but it's the second and third phases that generally tripped me up.
