Training Programs: https://www.progkacademy.com/50-for-5... In todays session, I wanted to put Alejandro through a session that exposed his movement into a set position. From watching our first few sessions together, we noticed that he would either start very narrow and jump into a wide stance or move into his set position by jumping into a wide stance. Now, as you'll see in the clips, he gets away with these usual approaches, but I wanted him to see if maybe there was a more optimal way, where he wouldn't put so much weight on his knees and quads, but rather work on that prep set to balance out his weight distribution across his entire body! I felt as though he was able to take the concepts we introduced and slowly find a way to translate them into saves. I was very happy with his overall performance.
