SAVING a Chevy Pickup - Sitting For Years

Thank you for watching! We hope you like the video and consider subscribing! In this video we are working on a 1998 Chevrolet 1500 pickup truck. This was my buddies, and now it belongs to me…I just have to get it out of its resting place and over to the shop for some serious overhaul. Its a 4.3L gm engine and these things never die, so it shouldn’t be a hard task getting this running then right? Wrong, it fought us from the beginning. But I am confident this will run again. And the frame on this truck looks rough, but its actually just surface rust, a quick wire wheel or some sand blasting and paint, and this thing will look great. The rocker panels and cab corners and box sides will be addressed in the next video.
