Ate Indat lives in front of the popular Filipino fast-food store, Jollibee. She gets through each day with the help of some people feeding her. But she found more than food from a kind-hearted service crew named Sally. Ate Indat found friendship and a home in her. This film is intertwined with a metaphorical story of a snail who lost its shell but found light and hope with its friend, a dragonfly. "Padayon sa Kinabuhi” is a story of new beginnings.
