Pontoon boat fly fishing on the Green river.

We went on our traditional trip to the Green river in Utah to fly fish from our pontoon boats. We try to go around memorial day to hit the cicada hatch. We ended up going a few weeks later than normal due to bad weather and scheduling. We had a few comical mishaps but ended up having a great time. I was worried that there wouldn't be many cicadas out due to us going later than normal but I ended up seeing more cicadas on the water than ever before. The action was slow on one of our floats, but the fish were very much in cicada mode on our last float of the trip. It's one of my very favorite tradition trips---fly fishing with big dry flies for nice browns and rainbows
