Why did they ruin Oldbury Town Centre?
In the late 1970s the bulldozers got to work to eradicate Low Town a once famous road with links to one of its famous sons. Houses, shops, factories and a pub were swept away. In its place the Council created a shoppers car park to serve hardly any shops.
