If your card gets up charged you will pay the price plus a $12 charge from me. The original amount you paid will go towards the up charge amount. You will pay the difference. If grading costs ever change while at grading and are enforced on orders customer is responsible for difference. SHIPPING INFORMATION Domestic Shipping • Flat Rate — $10 International Shipping • Based on weight (DM for quote) HOW TO REQUEST SHIPPING • Join Discord • Go to Shipping Tab • Submit your request PROCESSING TIME • All packages ship every Monday • Submit your request before Sunday to be included in the next shipment BULKY ITEM SHIPPING • Sealed products, tins, binders, collection boxes, and large amounts of bulk will require quoted shipping. • If you would like to keep these items, shipping costs will be calculated based on size and weight • Please request a quote in Discord before shipping is processed SHIPPING ADD-ONS / LIABILITY • Standard packaging is included • If you want extra protection (insurance, signature, upgraded packaging): → You must request it → You must pay additional cost • Dom’s Dex is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once in carrier possession unless insurance was purchased CARD STORAGE POLICY Due to limited storage space, we cannot hold cards indefinitely. Cards are held for up to 2 months from your last purchase. We may send reminders through Discord before your hold period expires, but it is ultimately the buyer’s responsibility to track their storage time. If no shipping request or new purchase is made within 2 months, cards may be removed from storage. In some cases, removed items may be retrieved for a $20 handling fee, but retrieval is not guaranteed due to space limitations. To extend your hold period, simply make a new purchase or request shipping before your 2-month period ends. Thank you for understanding—this policy allows us to continue offering live rip & ship while managing limited storage space. CHARGEBACK FRAUD POLICY Any fraudulent chargeback claims will result in the following consequences: Immediate Forfeiture of Goods: All items purchased will be retained and not returned. Legal Action: If a chargeback is fraudulent, we will pursue small claims court for reimbursement and damages. You will be summoned to appear digitally or physically. Permanent Ban: Customers found guilty of chargeback fraud will be permanently banned from future purchases and services.
