But today we'll teach you how to make a spicy soybean curry in the Indian style. First, it's important to prepare the soybeans thoroughly. For this, boil water in a pot. When the water starts boiling, add the soybeans and boil for about 8 to 10 minutes. This will soften the soybeans. After this, turn off the heat and remove the soybeans from the water and rinse them with cold water. Now, lightly squeeze the soybeans to remove any excess water. Now let's begin preparing the vegetable. First, heat 3 to 4 teaspoons of oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, add half a teaspoon of cumin seeds. When the cumin seeds begin to crackle, add the finely chopped onions. Fry until the onions turn light golden. Now, add 1 teaspoon of ginger-garlic paste, mix well, and fry for a few seconds. Then, add the finely chopped tomatoes and cook thoroughly. Continue cooking until the tomatoes soften and become masala-like. Now, it's time to add the spices. Add half a teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon of red chili powder, 1 teaspoon of coriander powder, and salt to taste. Mix all the spices thoroughly and fry for a while to allow the aroma to release. Now, add the boiled soybeans and mix well with the spices. After this, add a little water to make the gravy. Cover and let it cook over low heat for 8 to 10 minutes. When the vegetable is thoroughly cooked and the spices are well mixed with the soybeans, add some garam masala and coriander leaves. This enhances the flavor. Your hot and spicy soybean curry is ready. You can eat it with roti, paratha, or rice. Anyone who eats it at home will surely ask how we made such a delicious curry.
