Nation Update: Freeman accuses police of physical abuse
The Lawyer for a man accusing police of physical abuse while in custody is calling on the Barbados Police Service to release footage from videocams the officers were wearing so the full facts can be known. Attorney Shadia Simpson made the call yesterday as 30-year-old Leaon Freeman, the man who was seen on a viral video being threatened and abused by a female police officer, claimed she was not the only cop who assaulted him.
