Tate Taylor announced himself on the world stage with a thrilling victory in his Prefontaine Classic debut, winning the men's 200m in 19.75 despite a headwind. The 18-year-old lowered his own high school national record, earned his first Diamond League win, and defeated reigning Olympic champion Letsile Tebogo in one of the biggest upsets of the season.
