I know you can already do this movement beautifully! But I can't help myself -- I HAVE to get into the details to go deeper into the symbol, the energetic inner preparation to lay the groundwork of the dance, the poetry, and the many facets of the movement pathway! Throughout class I also allow time for students to ask questions about transitions or anything that confuses them about a movement. Remember - it sometimes takes a while for the mind and body to assimilate new movements! and that's okay! In fact, it's perfect! Practice practice practice. Everyone moves at their own pace.
