The story begins where the second installment left off: Horáčková bursts out of her house, heading toward a young woman who has just arrived in Babovřesky. The local gossips, gathered in the village square, immediately recognize her as Sister Gloria. Following in the footsteps of Father Petr, she has decided to leave her religious order and stay in Babovřesky. The plot centers around Mayor Stehlík’s revenge against Horáčková and the local lads. Meanwhile, Inspector Dodo returns to the village—but this time, he’s not alone. Accompanying him is his wife, who secures a grant for Stehlík, enabling the mayor to send all seven local gossips on a trip to the seaside. Thus begins “Operation Eliminate the Grannies.” Overseeing all this is the new priest, who has come to the village to replace Father Petr…
