Three completely different flavors. ✨ IN THIS ASMR VIDEO: ✨ 🍚 Three completely different dishes from rice and eggs 🍳 A rich runny yolk, a silky omelet, and creamy baked rice pudding 🌍 Inspiration from Korean, Japanese, and French home cooking 🤫 Quiet cooking and soothing kitchen sounds Ingredients for Gyeran-bap (serves 1): ~65-70 g (~⅓ cup) Rice ~130–140 ml Lightly Salted Water Vegetable Oil 1 Egg ½ sheet Nori 10-15 g (~¾-1 tbsp) Butter (cold cube) 1 tsp Soy Sauce Sesame seeds and Green Onion for garnish Ingredients for Omurice (serves 1): ~65-70 g (~⅓ cup) Rice ~130–140 ml Lightly Salted Water 20 g (~1½ tbsp) Butter (10 g for rice, 10 g for omelet) ½ Onion 50-70 g (~2-2.5 oz) Chicken Thigh/Breast 1 tbsp Soy Sauce 2 tbsp Ketchup 3 Eggs Salt, Black Ground Pepper to taste Ketchup for garnish (optional) Ingredients for Gâteau de Riz (makes 6 hearts, 115 ml / ½ cup each): 4 tbsp Sugar (for caramel) 80 g (~⅓ cup) Short-Grain Rice 500 ml (~2 cups) Milk 50-60 g (~¼ cup) Sugar (for rice) Vanilla Extract and Cinnamon to taste 2 Eggs Note: If using non-silicone molds, grease them with a small amount of butter beforehand 💡 IMPORTANT TIPS: For Gyeran-bap, the rice should be hot so the butter melts beautifully.
