Filmed on Nov 26, 2025. I would be lying if I told you that both elevators were broken, but not if I told you that at least one elevator was broken. Sadly this seems to be a common occurrence among newer Otis and TKE installs. Nevertheless, these Otis Gen3 elevators are extremely smooth.
