Sun Peaks Resort is the second largest ski area in Canada next to Whistler Blackcomb Ski Resort with 4,270 ski-able acres of terrain. This top-rated ski resort has 130+ runs and 882 meters of vertical, where you can have the powdery slopes all to yourself considering it's less crowded than other popular ski resorts. In today's Travel vlog we drove 5 hours to Canada's 4000 acre Ski resort Northeast of Downtown Vancouver British Columbia, and 45 minutes away from Kamloops BC. The Sun Peaks mountain resort has a European-style ski-through village offering various cafes, restaurants, and local shops making everything easily accessible. The Sun Peaks village also has a few bars but doesn’t have high expectations for a lively party scene as Sun Peaks is largely family-centric. For dinner, we had a chance to check out Fondue Stube located at the heart of Sun Peaks village which specializes in shared fondue dining experience.
