Authorities continue working after the fire at the Multicomercio building, in an operation that lasted throughout the night. Emergency teams focused on reducing the temperature of the affected structures, successfully bringing the fire under control. One of the key indicators of progress has been the change in the color of the smoke, a sign that active combustion has decreased. However, the work is not yet finished: sensors have been installed on the remaining buildings to monitor for potential tilting or structural damage that could pose a risk. Based on these technical analyses, it will be determined whether some structures will need to be demolished in a controlled manner, prioritizing the safety of the area and the work teams.
