Kennon Road is now passable to tourists! Since March 2020, passing to Kennon Road has been exclusively used for residents only. Tourists wishing to go to Baguio City must use Marcos Hwy. But last April 2022, the local government has been slowly allowing tourists to use Kennon Road (with specific schedule, see below). Kennon Road is faster and shorter than Marcos Highway (Aspiras–Palispis). But this road is more prone to landslides, falling debris, and fallen trees. It's also frequent to road closures especially after a strong typhoon!
