NYPD fills courtroom during Queens accused cop shooter's arraignment
The 22-year-old suspect accused of shooting a rookie New York City Police Officer in Queens was held without bail at his arraignment Friday afternoon. Devin Spraggins of Queens was charged with two counts of attempted murder for Wednesday afternoon's shooting.
