Ingredients ・100g Soy flour ・100g Rice bran oil ・115g Milk ・6 Egg yolks ・6 Egg whites ・85g Sweetener ・A bit of vanilla oil ・0.3g Cream of tartar 0:00 ーRecipe for Taiwanese Castellaー 0:33 1.Divide eggs into yolks and whites. 1:30 2.Add soy flour, egg yolks, milk, vanilla oil and 40g sweetener to rice bran oil and mix well. 5:28 3.Warm 2 up at 50C/122F. 5:35 4.Add cream of tartar to egg whites and mix.
