Our steel arch structure was selected for the store construction. Steel arches are currently gaining attention as a new architectural style that combines strength and aesthetic appeal. This building features a steel arch with a width of 7.2m, a depth of 6.5m, and a maximum height of 4.1m. The front gable is clad in warm red cedar, while the back is made of metal siding, creating an exquisite exterior that strikes a perfect balance between ruggedness and natural materials. In addition, the building was finished with GAINA paint, which provides excellent insulation and heat protection, maintaining a comfortable interior environment while also being energy-efficient. The owner's vision was "a local barber quietly operating in a former New York factory." Based on this concept, the interior was outfitted with vintage lighting and furniture, creating a casual yet sophisticated space. Steel arches are commonly used in warehouses and offices, but their excellent design and cost-effectiveness make them suitable for use in retail settings, as in this case. Another major attraction is the ability to achieve high-quality construction in a short construction period.
