T. Alun Jones | 60 years of Scania UK
People, relationships, and the Scania product have always been the cornerstone to our success. So, in recognition of that, we’ve visited some of our valued customers who have been long-term advocates of our brand. Through a short series of films, they share their experiences with Scania and explain how we’ve supported them during each of their business’s success stories. Our first stop was T Alun Jones Ltd, a proud family business based in Welshpool and established in 1961. We spoke with the family to delve into the backstory of T Alun Jones; where it all started on their family farm, and how 40 years later they still operate an exclusively Scania fleet. During the visit we had a tour of their impressive heritage collection, showcasing their dedication to the upkeep and restoration of their iconic trucks. With three generations now involved in the business, we also look ahead to the future as we continue our partnership together.
