Palm, Fern and Gymnosperm Tour With Curator Wattana Tanmimg At Queen Sirikit Botanical Garden

Dr Wattana Tanming is the curator of Queen Sirikit Botanical Garden. When asked what I would like to film in the garden, I left it up to him to choose the topic that is close to his heart, and also the mission of the garden. As houseplants are often times discussed in the channel already, we went with something a little different - a walk through the Queen’s path, a new feature in the botanical garden. This part of the garden houses primarily palms, ferns, and gymnosperms. We see some cool and rare palms, discuss legumes, learn about definitions of fern, and get an impromptu sex education on ferns that is super interesting!
