Lecture On Base Of The Skull

In this lecture boundaries, foramina and the structures transmitted through the foramina of anterior, middle and posterior cranial fossa have been described. Dear students there are three semicircular canals...anterior (superior), posterior and lateral. But I have uttered anterior, posterior and superior. Actually anterior canal is also termed as superior semicircular canal. Through posterior compartment of the foramen magnum spinal roots of the accessory nerves are transmitted.
