I Rode the Hightower and it was Great! | Santa Cruz Hightower Review | Hiline Sedona AZ

I got a chance to rent a 2020 Santa Cruz Hightower and take it on a trail I've heard about for years - Hiline. Hiline is a double black trail in Sedona, AZ with a reputation for technical rock rolls and tons of slick rock. I was stoked to get the opportunity to take a burly full suspension bike on a trail I had heard so much about. The Hightower showed up everywhere I needed it to, and my only limit was my skill and confidence. It was fairly playful, and handled the chunky singletrack with ease. If you're okay with losing a bit of pedaling efficiency in exchange for some forgiveness on chunky descents, the Hightower is a bike worth checking out.
