Challenge by:    / @zorchfarming   THE CHALLENGE This series revolves around three randomized objectives — each one capable of completely changing the direction of the farm. From forced field purchases to unpredictable debt to mandatory animal care, this challenge is designed to push every skill to the limit. SETUP & RULES Game Setup Challenge Name: Triple Threat Challenge Mode: Career Only Map: Wola Zabierzowska Gameplay: Start From Scratch Starting Money: $500,000 Must purchase Field 222 immediately Remove all buildings from Field 222 except for one of your choice (farm house must be removed) Must purchase adjacent fields 38 and 44 - cannot sell these starting fields. Remaining balance becomes your starting cash Starting Loan: $250k(see Threat 2) Economy: Hard(Players Choice) Precision Farming: Yes Start Farm: Field 222 Settings (Player’s Choice) Contracts / Borrowing Equipment: Yes Loans: In January you must complete a randomized objective (See Threat 2) Leasing: No THE THREE THREATS Threat 1 — Random Crop Takeover Use a randomizer to select one crop type, make sure to include all crop types within the map as there are non base game crops on this map. Find every field on the map currently growing that crop. You must purchase all of those fields. Keep track — this will shape your entire farm layout. The fields with your crop at the start may not have that crop when you go to buy them, keep track of the field numbers for future purchases. Threat 2 — Randomized Debt Begin with $250k debt. Pay $100k of the debt off with the starting money Use a randomizer every January to determine if you're able to pay off all or part of the loan. If the randomizer gives you a yes answer you can pay as much as you like. If the randomizer gives you a no(see below for part 2) answer you're not allowed to pay any of the loan off for this year and must eat the interest each month until the following January when your odds are tested again(same question asked the following January). If you get no, you must then ask the randomizer if you need to take out another $100k from the bank. If yes, take the $100k. If no, you keep the current loan you have for the year with no change. Until the loan is fully paid off this threat continues every January. Good luck — you’ll need it. Threat 3 — Random Animal Assignment Use a randomizer to select one animal type that requires maintenance. (No bees, no dog — real livestock only.) Whatever it chooses must be incorporated into your farm and you must have at least 250 head of said animal.
