Long time no update! Been swamped preparing for a concert, and now finals week looms. Squeezed in this pre-arranged piece before study hell begins. Predictably messy performance (lol), but I gave it my all! Super proud of this arrangement—my first deep dive into octave techniques beyond Animenz-style texture. Experimented with octave crawls and broken textures, and damn, they work! Timeline Insights: 00:01 Opened with left hand mirroring the melody（rhythm）. Built intensity via dense notes in bar 3 → explosive climax. 00:11 Swapped bright major chords for murky power chords (less melodic competition). Accidentally created this wild 15th-spanning texture—love it! 00:25 Classic broken octaves: basic but effective. 01:58 Obsessed with this left-hand descent. 02:02 More broken octaves. 02:13 Added a high voice to differentiate choruses (...then failed to play it 💦). 02:27 Post-32nd-note run → deep staccato bass. Eargasm! 02:30 FAV PART! Mimicked the original’s drum groove with: Left hand: Two voices Right hand: Rapid runs Endless ♯F chords (Most challenging section—transcribing the guitar nearly broke me.) 03:16 Changed chord progression in the final chorus (vs. earlier choruses)—testing "same melody, new harmony". 03:26 A-B-♯C stepwise motion = instant win.
