Week 5 of my preparation for the Last Soul Ultra, and thus the end of training block 1. In this vlog, I'll once again take you along on my daily journey between training, planning, and running my own business. We'll take a look at cycling gear together, I'll give you insights into my current training routine, and I'll share my assessment of the first block – what went well, what I'm taking away from it, and what the focus will be in the next block. Besides the structured training sessions, real life is also part of it: ordinary days, eating out (yes, even a burger sometimes), and everything else that comes with preparing for a race like this. I'll continue to take you along week by week for the next few months leading up to the Last Soul Ultra. Don't expect perfect cinematic shots or dramatic cuts.
