America’s Future Fleet 2025: The Fight

The fourth annual America's Future Fleet Symposium, co-hosted by the ⁨@NavalWarCollegeFoundation⁩ and ⁨@CenterforMaritimeStrategy⁩ , focused on the theme of "Foundry, Fleet, Fight" in 2025. The day-long event was held on December 4, 2025. Three panels focused on each aspect of Chief of Operations ADM Daryl Caudle's priorities. The Fight panel was moderated by Gordon Jacquith, Executive Director of the Center for Naval Analyses’ Department of Navy Relations. The fellow panelists were CAPT Stephen Aldridge, USN, Rear Admiral Adam Kijek, USN, of the Office of Warfighting Advantage, VADM William Merz, USN (Ret.), Senior Vice President, Aerospace and Defense Technologies at Oceaneering, and former Commander of U.S. Seventh Fleet, Chief Requirements Officer (OPNAV N9), and Chief Operating Officer (OPNAV N3/N5), and Alexander Trempe, N7.
