The NocFree advances the lead automatically without you needing to press any button on the pencil (in this model, it's on the clip where you advance the lead). As you use it, it automatically advances the lead, saving you time. The Sharm, on the other hand, is a multifunctional pencil because it has a 0.5 mm lead and a built-in eraser; simply twist it to the right or left to switch between the lead and the eraser.
