Grandmaster Lei Gong and his Fujian White Crane Gung Fu - Interview P1

In the world of traditional Chinese martial arts you will often hear the term “Go Sau”, i.e. a “High Hand”, referring to a master who has achieved a very, very high level of Gung Fu. One of the top “Go Sau” in the Hong Kong martial arts community is White Crane Master, Lei Gong, more commonly known as “Gong Suk” (Uncle Gong) among his peers, students and friends. Gong Suk is not only a “High Hand”, but also a leading researcher and expert on the history and development of White Crane Gung Fu. A while ago we reported on visiting him and filming an interview, and we are very to say that the video is finished and being released just now.
