The history of Forte's Ice Cream Parlour Mumbles
It’s been an honour to put together this video of the history of Forte’s Ice Cream Parlour in Mumbles for their 85th anniversary! I explore the parlour’s history by interviewing third generation owner, Lucia Macari to learn more about this iconic parlour’s past. I also interview former dentist and Mumbles legend, Grafton Maggs (96) who was at Forte’s on their opening day in 1936. It was incredible hearing what he had to say about Forte’s past. I hope you enjoy this video as much as I have producing it! Greg Link to Grafton Maggs full Interview • Mumbles History with Grafton Maggs
