Today I present to you the Hunt Daughter, a Breton huntress native to the Reach who is known for her skilled archery and tracking abilities. The Reachfolk live in scores of fractured clans, each with their own traditions and character. She's an important member of the Wildspear Clan, which is dedicated to one of the Great Spirits of the Reach, the Master of the Chase Hircine. Members are devout followers of the Hunt-Father and honor him through ritual hunts. They believe that humans, especially strong and clever enemies of the clan, are the best prey for these sacrifices. The clan believes that by offering the blood of worthy foes to Hircine, they will be granted great power and favor in the hunt. The Huntress sees the hunt of dragons as the ultimate test of her skills and devotion, which will make her a legendary figure among her people. They erected a shrine to Hircine, known as the Wildspear Ritual Stone, seeking to strengthen their bond with the Daedric Prince, and are also in possession of copies of the text of the Reach Hunting Hymn. The Wildspear Clan is hostile to both outsiders and their Reachfolk neighbors.
