Headstand: Balancing with Legs Horizontal (knees straight or bent)
Couple of exercises related to headstand. First, rolling out (so that you can practice without a wall), headstand with back towards the wall, headstand with back away from the wall (feet on the wall) and finally some counterposes for decompressing the neck and helping it to recover after headstand.
