Suggestions for tax reforms in Pakistan

It is important that before we can cure the disease we diagnose it. Every Government has been crying about people not paying taxes yet no one has been able to do any thing about it. We keep following the same old failed policies, enforcing them with stricter rules and regulations in a hope that revenues will increase. Yet we fail again and again but we are determined not to change our policies and adopt a newer more flexible approach towards tax reforms. In this video we will try to identify the major issues and how we can fix them.
