Tallulah Bankhead had one of the largest star cameo roles in MAIN STREET TO BROADWAY (hers was actually more of a featured supporting performance) and here's her sensational entrance into the film (she had a couple of other scenes later in the film) with the great Agnes Moorehead cast as her agent.
