Nick has worked in the highest levels of Global Elite Football and Rugby in Europe with the likes of FC Barcelona, RCD Espanyol, QPR and Saracen (Rugby). He has also consulted for the Qatar FIFA 2022 World Cup, the Confederation of African Football (CAF) and the Football Kenya Federation (FKF). Nick is currently the founder of Nesta Performance, a talent academy and aggregator that seeks to create reliable pathways for African football talent to play in elite markets.
