Marcos Jr. hosts the Vin d’Honneur at the Ceremonial Hall in Malacañan Palace on 12 June 2026, bringing together government officials, members of the diplomatic corps, and distinguished guests in celebration of the 128th Anniversary of the Proclamation of Philippine Independence. A highlight of the event is the ceremonial toast delivered by President Marcos Jr. and His Excellency Most Reverend Charles John Brown, Dean of the Diplomatic Corps and Apostolic Nuncio of the Holy See to the Philippines. This year's celebration carries the theme 'Ang Kalayaang Pinapangarap' (The Freedom We Dream Of).
