Technically 18-19; I did kill it 21 times though. The spear is like an 8% drop (the Amulet is ~3%) roughly based on how many are in league; that goes up to 10% with the 25% passive; don't know how to find The Immured Fury in standard so can't get that one; I could've gone for the extra lineage gems one instead though that's just laziness on my part; plus the monster hunter carve is funny. The Amulet (Immaculate Adherence) is your Ashes of the Stars or Crystallised Omniscience which means its almost certainly extremely good just need someone to make a build around it and poof worth 20 divines or whatever due to scarcity.
