BAIL APPLICATION | NAMCOR CORRUPTION CASE - 16 September 2025

Magistrate Olga Muharukua is to preside over the bail application of Cedric Willemse in the ongoing NAMCOR corruption case. Willemse and his co-accused face multiple charges related to an alleged multimillion-dollar fraud and corruption case at NAMCOR, prosecuted under the Prevention of Organised Crime Act and the Anti-Corruption Act. The State alleges that the case involves more than N$480 million.
