My name is Kevin and today we’re going to look at how to say one of my favorite hamburger restaurants: McDonald's. So, let’s look at this. There are three basic sounds that we have to master to say that correctly. We’ve got kind of a strong m-sound and a weak k-sound, but then I think the “don” should be pretty easy for most of our viewers. This might be a little challenging (woops! I wiped off the “u”). That’s “ulds”. “don”. “mk”. When this joins together with the “don”, the k-sound becomes a bit stronger. So anyway, we’ll practice that in a second. Let’s listen to this and practice this sound, “mk” “mk” “mk”. Okay good. Now “don”, “don”, “don”. Alright and “ulds” “ulds” “ulds”. Alright.
