It's a refurbished item and has been "tested for combustion in good condition," but "it's a vintage item, so we can't guarantee that." I won't go into details, but the description makes it sound like it was completely disassembled and refurbished. If it's still this bad after a complete disassembly, then they either don't understand how it works, or they're just happy to sell it even if it's defective. I understand that they want to sell it for a high price...
