Marginalization 📝Definition of concepts በዚህ ቻፕተር ስር አስፈላጊ የሆኑ Conceptኦችን ብቻ አጠር አጠር አድርገን [አስፈላጊውን ሁሉ ሳናስቀር] እናያለን። 📌What is marginalization? 📝Marginalization is defined as a treatment of a person or social group as minor, insignificant or peripheral. "Marginalization" ማለት #ማውገዝ ማለት ነው። ሰውን ወይም አንድን የማህበረሰብ ግሩፕ በተለያየ ምክንያት ማውገዝ🙅‍♂️ (Exclude/Ostrasize ማድረግ) ማለት ነው። "Marginalization involves exclusion of certain groups from social interactions, marriage relations, sharing food and drinks, and working and living together." 📌What is vulnerability? 📝Vulnerability refers to the state of being exposed to physical or emotional injuries. ይህ ማለት ደግሞ #መጋለጥ ማለት ነው። ለአካላዊ አደጋ ወይም ለውስጣዊ ስሜት ጉዳት መጋለጥ ማለት ነው። ለምሳሌ ህፃናትና አካል ጉዳተኞች በማህበረሰቡ ውስጥ ለስነልቦናዊ ጉዳት የተዳረጉ ወይም የተጋለጡ ናቸው። 📌What is Minority group? 📝Refers to a small group of people within a community, region, or country. "Minority groups" የሚባለው በማህበረሰቡ መሃል ዝቅተኛ ስፍራ የሚሰጠው፣ በቁጥርም ትንሽ የሆነ የSocietyው ግሩፕ ማለት ነው። ለምሳሌ "Muslim በበዛበት ማህበረሰብ ውስጥ ክርስቲያን Minority group ነው፣ በአሜሪካ ውስጥ ያሉ ኢትዮጵያዊን እዚያ minority group ናቸው። ግልፅ ነዋ🙌 እሺ አሁን ወደ "Marginalization" እንመለስ። There are different forms of marginalization. 📌Occupational 📌Age-based 📌Gender-based marginalization አንድ የSocietyው አካል የሆነ ሰው/ግሩፕ ከላይ በዘረዘርናቸው ምክንያት ከማህበረሰቡ ሊወገዝ ይችላል። 📍Gender-based marginalization 🔖Is discrimination on a group of people based on their gender. For Example, The enrollment of girls in higher education🧑‍🏫👩‍🏫 is much lower than that of boys. Women do not enjoy equal employment opportunities. Women👩‍🦳 and girls👱‍♀️ are vulnerable to gender-based violence Such as rape, early marriage, harmful traditional practices (female genital cutting). እንደምታውቅት አንድ አንድ የኢትዮጵያ ማህበረሰብ Female genital cutting እንደ መልካም ነገር ነው የሚያየው🙈 ምክንያታቸውም ያልተገረዘች ሴት አትታዘዝም፣ እቃ ትሰብራለች ምናምን🥸 ፣ ጋብቻ ላልተገረዘች ሴት Stable ወይም ምቹ ቀጣይነት የሚኖረው አይሆንም፣ የሴት ልጅ ግርዛት የመንፃቷ ምልክት ነው። ይህ ሁሉ ምክንያት ዝምብሎ ነው😞 ባይሆን "Female Genital Cutting" ምን እንደሚያስከትል ልንገራችሁ👇 " Severe bleeding, Infections, Pain during Sexual intercourse, Delivery complications, and Fistula, Psychological trauma."😢 📍Occupational Marginalization The marginalized occupational groups in our country: tanners [ቆዳ የሚፍቁ], potters [ጡብ ሰሪዎች], weavers [ሸማኔዎች] and ironsmiths[ብረት የሚቀርፁ]. በእነዚህ የስራ ዘርፍ የተሰማሩ ሰዎች እንደ ጠንቋይ🧟‍♀️😁(Impure) ይታዩ ስለነበር ከማህበረሰቡ ተገለው "Marginalized ሆነው" ነበር። 📝However, Craft-workers [ከላይ የዘረዘርናቸውን ስራ የሚሰሩ] in Ethiopia produce several articles such as traditional hand-woven clothes, household utensils, and farm tools. ይህን ያክል ጥቅም እያላቸው ማህበረሰቡ ግን አውግዞአቸው ነበር። እንደውም አታውቁም ያንን "መሬት ጠፍጣፋ አይደለችም ክብ ናት" የሚል Theory ያመጣውን ሰውዬ ማህበረሰቡ ሰቅለውት ነበር የገደሉት😭 ምንጭ: ጎግል 📍Age-based Marginalization For example, children and older people (people aged 60 and above) are marginalized groups in the society due to their age. ቅድም እንዳየነው "Child/early marriage" እዚህ ስር ማንሳት እንችላለን። ሴቶች በጊዜ ካላገቡ "ቆሞ ቀር" ስለሚባሉ እና ቤተሰብም ቶሎ እንዲያገቡ ስለሚያስገድዳቸው ሴት👱‍♀️ እህቶቻችን😁 ለዚህ ይዳረጋሉ። ያ ብቻም ሳይሆን ለምሳሌ እድሜው የሄደ ያላገባ ጎልማሳ በጣም "አርጅቷል" ተብሎ ስለሚታሰብ ሚስት የማግኘት እድሉ አናሳ ነው ማለትም ከማህበረሰቡ ልጁን የሚድርለት ቤተሰብ ላይገኝ ይችላል። ነገር ግን "Early marriage" የሚያስከትለውን ተመልከቱ👇 "It hinders girls chance to education and personal dev't, leads to early pregnancies, Which increases risks of diseases and complications during delivery, fistula, and death of the mother or child." በመጨረሻም አንድ መደምደሚያ ላይ መድረስ እንችላለን👇 ስለ እነዚህ ሁሉ ሰብዓዊ መብት ምንድነው የሚለው: "All forms of marginalization and discrimination against vulnerable and minority groups contradict the principles of human rights.
