Valve Cover Gasket Replacement BMW 4.4L M62 E39, E34, M5, M62tu

Today we are replacing the valve cover gasket on our 1999 BMW 540I E39. This has the v8 M62 motor that is also found in the E38 740I. We replaced this gasket due to oil dripping on our exhaust manifold causing some unpleasant smoke. The process isn't too hard. Make sure to buy a quality gasket and take your time with installation!
