Message from Maxime, director of the series Le Goût du Rêve: Hello everyone! First of all, I would like to thank the people who support my project and my Tipeee donors. I find this truly rewarding and encouraging in these times, which for me are quite difficult to manage and where financial insecurity is playing a significant role in my life. Seeing that this project is meaningful to so many people truly encourages me to continue the adventure! :) —————— After visiting several farms where project leaders have successfully implemented agroforestry schemes, I decided to meet people who—without being farmers or peasants—have made agroforestry their profession... We meet today in Beaupréau-en-Mauges (49023) at one of the oldest agroforestry organizations in France: Mission Bocage. Mission Bocage was founded in December 1991 at the initiative of the Mauges Regional Agricultural Development Committee and the Carrefour des Mauges (now CPIE Loire Anjou). The initial objective was to conduct a quantitative, qualitative, and geographical assessment of the Mauges bocage. Throughout this process, a number of requests for hedge replanting were received, and a technical support service was established. Subsequently, several services were developed to meet the broadest expectations on this issue. Local authorities have aligned themselves with these concerns and are now among Mission Bocage's key partners. The association is now involved in land development work and the creation of local urban planning schemes (PLU). A growing number of individuals, as well as businesses, now rely on its services.
