He received several buffs and has become quite strong. If you've been playing for a long time, there's a good chance you've already built him, so give him a try. I don't think he's worth building from scratch, though. He's strong against Kuzunoha, SP Momo, SP Ungaikyo, Taishakuten, Minamoto no Yorimitsu, Fengyang (though you'll still need debuff protection), and SSR Menreiki (but not against SP Menreiki).
