DIY Neoprene Tulle Hairbow

Hi, everyone! Today we're making a neoprene and tulle clip in hairbow!! Amazon affiliate storefront link for supplies/tools used: https://amzn.to/4r3tPzk Supplies Used: ~20" x 5" cut of neoprene ~ 20" x 5" cut of tulle ~ 2.37" Alligator clip ~ Needle/thread ~ Hot glue gun HOW-TO: 1. Take your neoprene and fold in to 5" sections (leaving one section unfolded) and set aside. 2. Take your tulle and fold into 4" sections. Place in the center of the neoprene. 3. Sew vertically down the center, leaving gaps in your stitching. (No need for a tight stitch.) 4. Before you tie off your stitch, pull the thread as tight as you can, creating folds and giving the neoprene and tulle a bow shape. Wrap extra thread around the center and tie in the back. Trim your thread. 5. Take your extra piece of attached neoprene and wrap it around the center of the bow. Use your finger to make a hole in the back to tie the center after wrapping. 6. Pull your center to tighten and trim most of the extra fabric. Add your clip through the back knot. 7. Hot glue the clip and knot inside to secure it. Tighten your center once more, then trim the rest of the excess fabric. 8. Fluff the tulle on the front of your bow to give it more dimension and adjust how you'd like. 9.
