Thin out crowded areas when true leaves begin to appear. 3. Thin to 4-5cm apart when there are 2-3 true leaves. 4. When leaves become crowded, thin to 7-8cm apart for final harvesting. 5. When the plants grow to about 20cm tall, harvest, fertilize, and hill up the bottom leaves, leaving about 3cm of space between them. 6. After that, fertilize every time you harvest.
