ADCET Workshop 1: Accessibility Basics – Building Resources that support UDL

Over two 90 minute workshops Darren Britten and Justin Wylie explained and demonstrated key accessibility building blocks that support a Universal Design for Learning approach to learning resources. By creating learning resources, such as documents, with accessibility in mind, you are developing resources that can be accessed and used in multiple ways, allowing users to interact and engage with the information in ways that work for them. This first workshop focused on accessible headings, alternative text and meaningful links. (January 2024)
