Hi Loves...Thanks for watching! I first want to put a disclaimer: I am not a doctor - just a girl who struggled with telogen effluvium and is sharing what worked for her. Always keep in mind that what works well for one person, might not work well on another and my biggest piece of advice will always be to do what feels right to you. ...On insta someone pointed out to me that you can't actually do anything to make your hair slow or stop falling out because it started falling out months ago and that IS true... but when my hair was falling out I definitely felt that certain things I did slowed my shedding or helped avoid excess fall out - these are the tips I'm sharing with you in this video.
